Please adhere to our Covid policy.

+ Please come to your appointment alone and on time.

+ Please do not enter the salon until you are requested to be staff.

​

+ On entering your temperature will be taken and please use the sanitiser provided. If you do not have your own mask we have disposable masks available. 

​

Wear a face mask or covering that fits around your ears, make good use of our hygiene stations (particularly when entering and leaving the salon) and respect social distancing where possible.

Please call to cancel if you, your family or anyone you’ve been in close contact with develops any symptoms.

Our promises to you

​

You will find us wearing face masks and visors or goggles, practicing social distancing where possible and we’ve installed safety screens where needed too.

​

 You will also find us adhering to strict hygiene protocols too with well-stocked hygiene stations
in all the right places. All of our kit and touch points will be freshly sterilised just for you, and we’ll also be deep cleaning regularly.

We have removed all glossies and reading material for now and refreshments are also on hold.

Cancellations

​

If you have tested positive for Covid, terms and conditions are slightly different for cancellations.

Proof of test / track and trace is required for your deposit back.​
