CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes plans do change unexpectedly, but we hope that you will value and respect our time as much as we do yours by giving us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.

 

We require 48 hours notice to cancel any appointment that has been made for you or by you.

If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time then you will lose your 50% deposit paid when booking online or any deposit you have made over the phone.
This will be 
charged to your account and you will be notified by email or text.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time then you will be required to pay for the full appointment. This will be charged to your account and you will be notified by email or text.

​

If you do not have a stored card or the payment is declined, withheld or otherwise not satisfied then the balance will be payable before you are able to book any other appointments. 

​

If you do not cancel, but fail to show for your appointment then it 

will be marked as a no show on our booking system, which will be noted on your account at the Salon. You will be required to pay your missed appointment in full before you are able to book any other appointments.
