RETURNS POLICY

For anything that has been purchased through our store please note the following:-

The Salon will accept undamaged and unopened items within 14 days of purchase only for a full refund.
The Salon will not accept items in any other way. Any faulty items can be return within the first 3 months and we will send out new replacements

In order to initiate any return or exchange the customer must initiate the return via email giving your full order details, name, address and reasons clearly stating why the return is necessary.

Customers will also be responsible for any shipping costs and returning the items to the Salon within the timeframe.  

Once the Salon has received the return and deemed it viable we will refund the monies back via the original 
payment method. 

 

We do accept responsibility for damaged or missing returned items.
